One all-in fee. Nothing held back as an upgrade.
The fee scales with the person's salary and starts at £1,075 a month. What doesn't change is what's inside it: recruitment, employment, payroll, HR, equipment and insurance are included at every level. Pick what applies, or drag the slider to see your own numbers.

Pricing, in plain terms
How does Re:invent's pricing work?
One all-in fee per person per month, starting at £1,075, covering recruitment, employment, payroll, HR, equipment and £20M of global coverage. £1,075 is our smallest contract; the fee scales with the salary of the person you're employing, because their pay is the largest part of it. What never changes is that everything above is included at every level: there is no tier to upgrade to.
Why does the fee vary between one person and another?
Because the largest part of it is their salary. £1,075 a month is our smallest contract; a more senior or more specialised hire costs more, in the same way they would if you employed them directly. What doesn't vary is what's wrapped around the salary: recruitment, employment and compliance, payroll, HR, equipment and insurance are included at every level, and we tell you the exact figure for a specific role before you commit to anything.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. The flat fee is the fee: nothing separate for payroll runs, equipment sourcing, HR support or recruitment. The one variable is the hardware itself if you ask for non-standard kit, and we agree that with you in writing before anything is ordered.
Isn't this more expensive than just running payroll?
If payroll is genuinely all you need, a bureau is cheaper and we'd say so. The comparison only works properly when you count the rest of it: a recruiter at 15–20% of first-year salary, the laptop and whoever ships it, the HR time, the insurance, and the employment risk you'd be carrying yourself. Most people are paying for all five and only counting one.
What's actually included in the monthly fee?
Recruitment and sourcing, employment and compliance, payroll, tax and pension administration, HR support, equipment sourcing and shipping, and £20M of global coverage. See the full breakdown on Solutions.
Do I need to sign a long-term contract?
No. Contracts run month to month with no lock-in, whether that's one person or fifty. Some providers in this market require twelve months. We don't.
What happens if the person doesn't work out?
Tell us, and we start the search again: there's no recruitment fee the second time, because there wasn't one the first. If you'd rather stop altogether, you can end the contract with notice at any time. We'll confirm equipment return and the final payroll run with you directly.
How do currency exchange and international payments work?
They're paid in their local currency at the prevailing rate as part of the monthly payroll run, and you're invoiced in your own reporting currency. You never touch the FX, and the figure on your invoice is the figure you budgeted for.
