How the three pieces fit together
Do I have to use all three solutions?
No: but you're never charged for the ones you don't use, and you're never charged extra for the ones you later do. There's nothing to opt into and no upgrade path, because all three are already in the fee you're paying.
Can I bring my own candidate and use Re:invent for everything else?
Yes, and plenty of clients do. Bring someone you've already found and we'll handle the employment, equipment, payroll and HR from there. The fee is the same whether we sourced them or you did.
Is equipment provisioning available everywhere?
We source and ship in every country we employ people in. Tell us where they'll be based when you scope the role and we'll confirm lead times before you commit.
